Welcome to our

2023 Scott Mission Camp Registration!

Welcome to Registration for SMC 2023! Please read through the following information before you begin registration. It will give you a snapshot of what camp will be like this summer and answer commonly asked questions you may have. It will also take you through the steps required for the registration process.

Overnight camp monday to saturday

Each camp session runs overnight for a week from Monday morning to Saturday morning. You may only register your child for one session each summer.

Campers do not need to be vaccinated

Campers do not need to be vaccinated in order to attend camp this summer. We do ask for vaccination status on the medical form, but we will include a "prefer not to say" option. This information is only collected to stay in line with public health policy but it will not impact your child's ability to attend camp this summer.

Capacity limits 60 campers per session

This year, we have opened space for 30 girls and 30 boys each session.

Age 8-14 for main camp sessions

The youngest campers registered for each main camp session must be 8 years old by the end of the session they are registered for and the oldest campers registered for each main camp must be 14 years old by the end of the session they are registered for.

If you are experiencing difficulties registering your child for a particular session, check their age. It may be that they are not the correct age for the session you are trying to sign them up for.

Youth Week will be running from July 24th to July 29th.

covid symptoms the day of camp

If your child has COVID symptoms the day of camp, unfortunately they will not be able to attend camp that session. Please monitor your child in the days leading up to camp and do not send your child to camp if they are sick.

If your child cannot attend a session due to illness, we will try to get your child into another session during the summer if there are any open spots.

If there are no openings, we will issue you a refund.

Toronto Check in/Out

The Toronto pick up location will be at 1550 O'Connor Drive, East York, Ontario. You still have the option to drop off or pick up your child directly at Scott Mission Camp in Caledon.

Foundations Program/LIT

Our Foundations program applications will open at a later date. If your child is interested in applying for the Foundations Leaders-in-training program (ages 15-17), please watch for more information to come.

The Foundations program requires each camper to submit an application and undergo an interview process to be selected for the program. Applications will open in the near future and we will announce it when they are open.
